Old Cars

Hi Everyone, Today on our way home after shopping I saw a lot of old cars parked and turned in quickly to take some shots, eh!! Just as I took my last shot a bunch of people came strolling up the roadway from next door, Miller's Drive In and I asked them if all these 'rods' were their's and they said 'Yes!!' and all with big smiles. I told them the timing was perfect as I'll just taking a lot of shots of all the cars for my web site and their smiles got even bigger, eh!! I no not all of you will enjoy these cars for all the work that's gone into restoring them, but a lot of you will like seeing them because it will jog your memory back to when you had one yourself, eh!! ;-)) Later, 'Viper'

Annual Quilt Show

Hi Everyone,
Last Saturday the 14th, we stopped off at the Highland Art Center and viewed a lot of very pretty quilts. This is their Annual showing where voluteers place quilts make by various local and out of town quilters, all over the Main Street and the downtown area. You'd better be glad that neither Kathy or I wanted to do any more walking after shopping and then walking all around the Highland Art Center taking pictures. Otherwise I'd probably have had at least 3 times the amount of pictures, eh!! ;-)) But do check out all the shots when you have the time, because there really are a lot of very beautiful quilts on view. Lots of Variety

Hi Everyone,
Even tho I haven't updated my Blog for a couple of weeks, that doesn't mean I wasn't taking any pictures, right. Since I carry my camera with me where ever I go, I'm taking pictures all the time. But don't worry as I'll not make you look at 100% of them, as I try to pick and choose what I think you'll like.

So with this group of pictures today you'll see some of our local Deer, finally some clear mountains around us, what with all the smoke we've been getting from the wildfires down river. Even some shots of our Fall Colors that are starting to show around here. Some shots of a pretty sunset as this one on the right, because again all the smoke has keep these hidden. Also, you'll see the quilt that Kathy just finished for her sister Sonya, as a house gift for our Annual Christmas Gathering coming up soon. Then I saw this really great looking Camero Z in the parking lot while we were shopping last Saturday and it had a really bitchin' deep black candy paint job. It's too bad that you can't actually see the depth of the paint, eh!! Then since I already had my camera and heading in to Tops Sentry market to do our shopping, I took the camera too, because I've been wanting to take some shots of the brand new Florist Display area that Susan finally got after years of the company saying 'soon', right!!
